went through two procedures , colonoscopy and endoscopy at the same time at this medical center. I was already scared days prior to these procedures (my first time), and on the day of my procedure , I fell into an anxiety attack (shaking, crying, etc); the prep I had to do 24 hours prior to the procedures didn't matter, I just wanted to cancel everything! The medical team assigned to me: nurse Destiny, doctor Schmit and anesthesiologist Karl came to my rescue, each talked to me and made me feel that I'm in good hands (God gave me the best)! My nurse Destiny held my hand and stayed with me the entire procedure (start to when I woke up) she was there as she promised! These are the best medical team I ever had, wonderful people who's hearts are compassionate, uplifting and most of all caring! I couldn't thank them enough but to the public, I say, this is the best place to go to for your medical needs! And even if this is crazy to say, to all those people who are or about to go through these procedures, I say I am a living witness that it's perfectly fine, no need to get anxious, worry or scared, it's a lesson learned for me!!!
